EDITED REVIEW : Deka lash contacted me and offered me a complementary fix. The lash artist, Tabitha, was AMAZING. Immediately, she made me feel like a priority and a valued customer. She was so welcoming. The whole process was very relaxing. Tabitha is very detailed and meticulous with her work. After she was done. I saw my lashes and I absolutely LOVED my results. She also explained in more detail how to take care of my lashes.My lashes have been doing amazing and there has been no shedding! I have gotten A TON OF COMPLIMENTS and have been recommending Deka Lash. My lashes looked so beautiful in time for my 21st birthday ! Thank you again Deka lash !It was my first time making an appointment with Deka Lash. The salon is aesthetically pleasing and clean. I went to get eyelash extensions because I have hooded eyes and wanted to make them pop more. I booked the TrueXpress. The lady that put my extensions did not make small talk which is fine because I was so nervous I was not in the mood for talking. However, I’m not sure if the adhesive did not dry or what happened but after the appointment , I noticed my eyelashes dropping and fall off. I was in shock.

My experience at Deka Lash was great. This was my first time getting lash extensions. I got the classic set. The tech was very gentle and the process is long, but comfortable. They do have a lounge chair you can relax on.

My first time visiting Deka Lash Castro Valley. It was great. My lash tech Brianna was amazing. She was knowledgeable. She helped me decide on what lashes and shape was best for me. She walked me thru the process, gave me after care instructions and recommended after care products to use to help my lashes last longer. Overall great experience.

If you want the perfect lashes this is your place. My lash stylist is Brianna and she is fabulous. Anabel has also done my lashes and she is great as well. They offer great packages for touchups and other benefits. CHECK DEKA OUT YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!

I initially got the lash lift which did not take. I was not aware that this product would not work since my lashes were too short. I expressed my disappointment and they were quick to remedy the situation. They gave me the classic lash extension set at no charge.

Beyond satisfied with my lash removal from Tabitha! I had lashed places at another company and had a terrible reaction. I called Deka Lash and they were able to schedule an appointment right away.As soon as I entered the building I was greeted and taken straight back. Tabitha listened and removed my lashes without any pain or discomfort. I will definitely be returning for an appointment for lash extensions once my skin calms down. This was my first visit and I was incredibly impressed. I came in for Lash removal service. The set of lash I had removed were not done at Deka lash and were not done correctly. Tabitha took her time and was able to remove those lashes! She did an amazing job, she told me everything she was going to do before she did it, she is very professional! I will now be a Deka Lash customer! See you tomorrow for my lash extension service!!!

My artist was Valerie, and she was absolutely amazing! I’ve interacted with her a few times, and she’s super knowledgeable and attentive to all of her clients’ needs. The only reason why I’m not giving the studio five stars is because it appears the owners don’t put a premium on the safety of their employees and their clients (a big no no). Valerie was the only employee manning the studio, and when she is working with clients, there is no one to watch the front door in case someone sketchy comes in (and there are sketchy people in the area). To make matters worse, there is a large wooden wall that stands between the service area and the front desk that prevents her from seeing those who enter the studio. I feel the owners should always make sure they have two employees in the studio to ensure employee AND client safety.

Was my first time trying Deka Lash, and had a great experience with Tabitha. She was very attention to detail, explained the aftercare; and was very professional. I let her pick what she felt was best for my eyelashes, since my lashes are very thin, she picked a lightweight set to keep them long but natural looking. Will definitely return and would recommend 🙂
