My initial set at Cherry Creek wasn’t very full and fell out very quickly, which I chalked up to being a lash chain. But I visited Satia at the lowry location and not only did she revamp it to how it should’ve been done on my initial set but I had significantly better retention this time without changing my routine. I got my lashes done the first time. Most all my classic lashes fell out. I went back and got my lashes fixed by another stylist Jenny!!! I will rate her a 5 star. She was patient and really took the time to fix my lashes. They looked 10X better. Some have fallen out after a few days, not as much as the first time. I'm starting to think it might be the type of glue they use. I have not had this happen before. I have set my next apt with her. Maybe my body needs to get used to the glue who knows. Overall happy with Jenny's service!!

I came in to be a practice model for one of the lash artists in training, and I genuinely thought there was some mistake, like there was no way the girl I was paired with was still in training!! My appointment did take longer than anticipated, however it was so worth it.
