What is a lash full set versus a lash refill?
We use “Full Set” to describe the lashes you’ll receive on your first visit, regardless of which style you choose. Full Sets can take between 60-120 minutes to apply depending on which lash service you’ve selected.
“Refills” mean you’re in the swing of things. We recommend scheduling a Refill every two weeks. Your natural lashes continue to grow and shed as you wear your extensions, and the two week mark is when some fall out becomes noticeable. Refills take half the time of a full set but the result is the same: a fully refilled lash line – that is once again a full lash line.
How often should I get my lashes refilled?
Due to the shedding cycle of natural lashes, we lose an average of three lashes per day. We recommend scheduling your refill every two weeks. If you schedule your refill for three weeks or more since your last appointment, your Lash Artist will have to apply a new full set, which could affect the cost of your appointment.
What is a brow lamination?
Can I get a facial if I have lash extensions or a lash lift?
Yes! At Deka Lash, we ensure that all of our facial treatments are lash-safe. Our experts use specialized techniques and products that won’t compromise the bond of your lash extensions or affect the results of your lash lift. You can enjoy a glowing complexion and stunning lashes all in one visit without any worry.
Do you offer options to get pampered during my appointment?
Glad you asked! Deka Lash offers Add-On Services to elevate your experience and pamper your skin with no added time. When booking your appointment, you can browse and select which Add-On you’re interested in trying. Depending on the Add-On, the extra cost can be as low as $8.
What if I have to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
It happens! We just require a notice before 12 hours of your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 12 hours of your original appointment time, you’ll be charged 50% of the service price.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. A “no-show” is defined as a client who fails to be present at the time of the scheduled appointment, OR:
a. Within 5 minutes of the appointment time for all TrueXpress appointments or appointments lasting 30 minutes or less;
b. Within 10 minutes of the appointment time for all other appointments.
These time limits are in place to ensure your Lash Artist has enough time to fulfill the service type. More time to lash = more lashes.
