How much does a Deka Lash membership cost?
The monthly cost of each membership varies by location. Contact your local Deka Lash studio for pricing details.
Are Deka Lash memberships transferrable?
While we’re all for spreading the lash love, memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the member.
What if I'm traveling and need my lashes done?
Enjoy the convenience of accessing our services at any of 130+ numerous lash studios across the US and Canada.
Can I freeze my membership?
We understand when life happens. Clients may freeze their memberships for a maximum of two (2) months per calendar year. During the freeze period, the client can still pay for services at member pricing.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
We’d be sorry to see you go! Memberships can be canceled at any time after your second billing period*. When a Member cancels their membership, the remaining accrued credits will be available for use for sixty (60) days after the date of cancellation. *If you purchased a membership through a membership offer or promotion, a 30-day notice of cancellation is required.
Is there an annual contract?
No string attached here! We ask that you sign a Membership agreement, which is not tied to any timeframe.
