Absolutely 5 stars. I walked in as soon as they opened with an emergency and they were able to assist me. I had a terrible lash set that needed to be removed. It took a while but I’m so glad I came to them. They saved my natural lashes/ lash line. The salon is cute, and clean. All of the techs were bubbly and friendly. I was very comfortable with them. Addie is so talented, patient, and sweet!! I came to her with botched lashes from another technician. Addie was very patient in the removal process, which almost took two hours. She communicated consistently, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Unfortunately we weren’t able to get all of the lashes off in one session, because the glue the other tech used was way too strong, but Addie did an amazing job blending the old lash extensions with the new ones. I left the salon with exactly what I asked for. The most beautiful, natural looking hybrid cat eye lash extensions. And the retention has been amazing! There are never any missing chunks, and my refills take less than 30 minutes! Addie knows what she’s doing :))

I tried my best to explain what I wanted and Bri did an excellent job for my set of lashes. Got my lashes done by Sa’Mone and she was amazing!! The whole staff is professional, yet fun. It was the best lash experience I have had. She makes sure to clean the lashes and is gentle with removal and application. She made sure to really listen to what I wanted and confirmed the style before application. It was seamless and easy from the minute I walked in to the minute I left!! AND 3 days later, no fall out and no clumps of glue. The lashes are comfortable and light. She was consistent with each one with the application and made sure that my bottom lashes didn’t stick to my top lashes during application (which has proven hard to do in the past). I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated her! Excited to have found someone who can apply my lashes exactly how I want, with no discomfort, while also keeping my lashes healthy (and not tugging/pulling)! They are beautiful and even! She also made sure to respect my time when I mentioned I had a time limit; she was realistic about which style could be completed within the time frame and was mindful of the time, communicating updates to me throughout. She really paid attention to what I was saying! Thank you so much Sa’Mone! Looking forward to seeing you again!

Okay. Over the last few months I consistently had my lashes done with a different lash studio but one day I was in a time crunch and they didn’t have anything available that day. I miraculously found this location and was able to get in quick with Sa’Mone. I was (and still am) blown away by how great my lashes looked and the difference in retention.
