My lashes fell out of my left eye the very next day. Tried to get some kind of help because I had paid 250 for True volume even though the tech finished 30 minutes sooner. They wanted to make me pay 115 more for the price of both eyes and because a fix can only be done at the same franchise, I couldn't get any help from any other location. Because Im leaving town they wouldn't honor the fix policy after 5 days. So now I have one eye with full volume and one with almost nothing.Edit: manager reached out and gave me a refund. I do still fell like I was cheated or my service BUT I'm happy the Manger worked with me

I love the area it’s super cute. Being new to Georgia I’m always excited to find new pockets of areas that have places to eat get services and all the things. Back to my lashes - I had a 9 AM appointment I was taken promptly at nine. Jordan was Friendly and warm. You can tell she’s really passionate about her craft. She took the time to educate me on how to care for my lashes. How to clean them even provide me with a cleanser. I’ve had my lashes done for years and no one ever took the time to explain or educate me on how to best care for them. She set realistic expectation as to what to expect.I would definitely get the membership if you love lashes so far it’s been a tremendous value to me. Additionally, with my crazy schedule it’s always important to me to find a provider that can get me in when I need it- Versus having to accommodate their schedule. I was able to make an appointment in less than 24 hours for the time that I desired -another plus :).Looking forward to my next refill 🙂

I have been coming to this Deka Lash for about 2.5 months. This was my first time getting lash extensions, and now I’m obsessed! The shop is very clean, and a relaxed environment. The monthly membership/subscription makes getting lashes affordable and easy.I go to Mimi about every 2 weeks or so and she is excellent! My first visit with her I had no idea what to expect, and had a lot of questions which she was able to answer. During the consultation she helped me understand the different sets, lengths, while also giving me suggestions based on what I was looking for. She is incredibly knowledgeable and pays attention to the little details based on my preferences, which makes the process so easy! She is very skilled as well which is probably why my lashes hold up great between visits! I cannot recommended Deka Lash and Mimi more! Thank you!!! 😀

Erika is absolutely delightful, and her expertise even more so. She's been in the salon industry for over 20 years. Erika’s passion is with lash extensions, which shows in the quality of her work.Deka Salon makes keeping your lashes easy and much more affordable than most places when you sign up for a free membership which you can freeze or cancel at any time. But, you won't want to! The membership throws in an additional 10% discount on any product purchases.Upon entry, the salon is clean and welcoming. The air smells fresh and clean, and the individual workstations are semi-private, leaving you with a sense of peaceful solitude as your lashes are being applied.If you are considering lash extensions, this is the place to go, hands down.

I am absolutely loving Dekalash! I have a really hard time laying still and avoided lash extensions for a while. I booked an appointment with Dekalash for a special event and now I’m coming every two weeks. Ericka does an amazing job giving me the look I’m wanting and I end up falling asleep while she does my lashes. So you literally get a much needed nap and then wake up beautiful!
