So good. Lisa was fantastic. Could not be happier with how my lashes turned out. I explained a previous (and my only) experience where all extensions had fallen off in 3 days. She gave me some information as to why, also said sometimes people so she'd them but usually it can be figured out. And also reassured me if it happened, it could be remedied. But, that's not why the 5 stars. She is just SO good. I'm thrilled with how they turned out. Pretty sure I feel asleep a few times too. You can tell she takes pride in her craft and is a perfectionist!

I had the absolute best, relaxing lash lift yesterday with Michala. I'm pretty sure I may have dozed off I was so relaxed. The place inside is gorgeous and the loungers were very comfy, I'm only 4'11". It was also very clean, I would highly suggest going!

I’ve seen Rachel, Lisa and have just recently started seeing Julia for extensions. They’re all great at what they do and make it a very simple and relaxing process. Being open on Saturdays is a huge bonus. It’s easy to freeze your membership if you want to take a break. I’m extremely happy with the services I receive here! Please ignore the negative reviews - a lash service isn’t just an item you can return, so it isn’t fair that people are rating them negatively based on not being able to get a refund. If you aren’t happy with the service you received, I’m sure they would be more than happy to have you come back in and fix what you’re unhappy with. However, I can’t imagine why people would ever be unhappy. My lashes look great and stay great, even in between fills, regardless of who does them. With that being said…I love this place, the ladies are great, and I can see myself coming here for a long time!

I have been coming to Deka Lash since March 2021 and am always so impressed with my lashes each fill. Rachel has been amazing and has great advice when wanting to switch up truexpress lashes. Shes a joy to talk to and hangout with while im there not to mention how talented she is! I recently tried the brow lamination & am obsessed with the results- didn’t even know I had brows to do that with! I always feel so good (and beautiful) walking in & out of deka lash & would highly recommend!

The salon is so clean and the vibe is immaculate. Alyvia did my natural full set and I am so in love with the look! She was gentle, and so patient with me as it was my first time getting eyelash extensions. I was comfortable the entire time and was grooving to the playlist, too!

I went in to have a lash lift and was a little afraid I would have a bad experience like I had at a different salon . But Rachel was amazing and so professional. I was thrilled with the results and would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family.

I got a lash lift & tint, it was good, not great. There were surprisingly less customization options on the service than you would expect for a place that specializes in eye lashes. One one size rod, only one color tint.. and the cleanup to remove the serum wasn’t quite up to par. Even the tech’s fingers were sticking to my eyelids after. She went back & tried to remove more but ultimately, I had to finish that up at home.I get the impression that if you’re not doing extensions, you’re more of an afterthought here. I went here because I couldn’t schedule with my normal person. I will keep it as a backup, but my normal aesthetician is not in any jeopardy of being replaced.

Relaxing atmosphere and Lisa explained the process and helped me decide on lashes. I am on week two and they have lasted through showering, sweating, eye mask while I sleep, and more.

The lashes look great but I don’t think the volume is worth $110. There is not a big enough difference between that and express to warrant an extra $35. I wouldn’t get the volume again.

My first time going here and I loved it. I got the TruXpress lashes which I was hesitant about but turned out amazing and i love them more then regular lashes. The place was very clean and well organized. I had Rachel and she was amazing. She was very welcoming and kind, she was easy to talk to and made me feel very relaxed. I highly recommend this place and Rachel. I will be going back.

A million gold stars to EMILY! This experience made my day. She was so gentle and explained everything in detail to me. She is a wonderful sales woman like I really was about to buy everything.
