I did this for the first time a week ago. It was a process but rewarding at the end. It took over 2 hours to get it done. I do love my lashes. My eyes are sensitive so sometimes it bothers me but I’m glad I did it. My eyes look amazing. The building is really cold inside. I wish they gave you a blanket to use. My 2nd appointment, I brought my own with me. Much better experience when I wasn’t so cold.

** update**I’ve been a member at deka lash for a year maybe a bit more. And most of the artist do a great job and they are all very nice. when there are issues staff are quick to resolve it fairly and go above and beyond to do so. They do have a new text based system that causes a gap in communication that’s not wildly awesome. However, The tru express is affordable and worth the money.

I just moved to town and was nervous about finding a new lash place but I’m beyond happy about Deka Lash. Hannah did AMAZING on my full set of classic lashes!! She was super sweet, detail oriented, and gentle. I could definitely tell she took her time and made sure all my lashes were covered and glued perfectly. She even spent some extra time fanning my eyes because they were a tad irritated from the glue (totally normal, I have really sensitive eyes and it happens every time). On my way out I made an appointment for a 2 week refill.10/10 recommend!

This was the first time I’ve ever had extensions and honestly I wasn’t very happy when it was done since it was a bit of a shock at how long they were when I mentioned I wanted them to look like I had a really good mascara on. Nonetheless, they booked me another appointment within a couple days and fixed them free of charge. Mary was great, she could tell I was nervous but they turned out really pretty and what I was originally looking for. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend!

Went for the $30 “Eye Lash Trainee” deal- Mia was amazing! She is still learning (only 2nd week on the job) so one eye is a little heavier than the other but I know at my fill she will fix that! She was great!

Hannah was amazing, so sweet, and a killer lash artist! I had been somewhere previously and there weren't a ton of options to create a custom look for my smaller eyes so they were a bit overwhelming, heavy, and probably were the reasons my lashes came out a bit more damaged from the thicker lashes they were using. Deka has a ton of options to make sure you're getting a look that's perfect for you and your eye shape. Their membership seems a little pricey especially since it's the same price for each different lash style service, but I feel with the customization and overall service they provide will be worth it in the long run.Highly recommend having a mini consult beforehand and just voicing your concerns and what you're looking for, possibly look up some examples too. I had done a ton of research before choosing Deka and was super happy with my results.
