I’ve had my lashes done here and another Deka location in Charlotte and idk! Both times I was disappointed! My first time I got hybrid lashes and for the entire duration of having my lashes on it felt like I was wearing heavy strips. This time around, I went for a clean classic set. Said I wanted them natural. When I looked at my lashes, they were all over the place. Even after she’d brushed them. She also spent a significant amount of time on one eye vs the other so they didn’t look even. I understand artists work with the amount of natural lashes you have but I feel like a well-versed tech would know not to overload one side if the other doesn’t match. I hope they get better for sure! I just won’t be back. It seems like they have a lot of beginner lash artists which would be fine if they weren’t charging professional prices.

This was my first time at Deka Lash. I have been getting lashes done for years and I wanted to try a membership model like DekaLash offers. I was pleased with the results. I received the Tru Express lashes and they were very quick and look great! I’ve only had them for one day so we’ll see how they hold up, but so far so good!
