NeAva was knowledable, professional, kind, patient & did a very good job making me feel comfortable, especially sense it was my first time. Service did not last even two weeks though, tinting is not worth the money. I was told it would last a month, but it only lasted 2 weeks. I need to look for something more permeant.

Finally a closer place where I can have my lashes done since I live in High Point. It was first time having it done at Deka lash but won't be my last for sure,my lash tech was very nice and gentle while she work on my lashes, she is very thoughtful too for asking me if I need blanket if I'm cold. So far loving my lashes it's been a week since I had it done foe my vacation and it's still lpokong fabulous.

All the lash experts have been great, but NeAva is awesome! She takes the time to ask what look I am going for and really pays close attention to make sure each lash is perfectly applied. Each time I get them done, I walk away feeling like a new woman! I also really like that she gives me tips on how to maintain my lashes at home. I leave in Eden and I will travel to high point or Winston Salem just to get my lashes done by Kayleigh. She is super sweet, personable, professional and does a great job always on my lashes. I love going to Deka lash!! The place is always very clean and the music isn’t loud so you feel very relaxed while getting your lashes done. They won’t try to up sale you on a membership to much because the prices are right there but I would suggest getting a membership for sure because you are definitely getting more bang for your buck.

I will be back to get them refilled before my trip.I’m not sure the “Lol” to my response was very professional but yes I did mean painless because some people might be nervous so I wanted them to know. I enjoyed my overall experience here at Deka Lash. The ambience is relaxing, the salon is very clean, the service is a great and prices are very reasonable, especially with the membership rates.I loved my first full set of the truExpress lashes by Sierra! They were so beautifully done and added the extra length and curl that I was looking for while still maintaining a natural aesthetic.The extensions were surprisingly weightless compared to other lash extensions I’ve had from other salons in the past that would make my eyelids feel heavy and droopy.My eyes and nose are very sensitive to the glues and remover that lash techs typically use, which causes my nose and eyes to run but the products used at Deka Lash didn’t bother me one bit. There were no noticeable off-gas or fumes so it made the application process much more comfortable for me.The extensions stayed looking full for about 2 weeks before I felt the need to get a fill-in which was longer than I expected.The reason I had to leave off one star is because the fill-ins don’t seem to last as long. With the past 2 fill-ins I’ve had, it was very noticeable that my lashes needed a fill/in 7-8 days later.

I’ve been going to Deka for over 4 months now and LOVE IT! The staff is always very kind and welcoming and go out of there way for you. I had a last minute change to an appointment and called and they didn’t answer, but called me back within minutes. My lashes always look great and lash a long time. I am apart of the membership and it makes lashes so affordable!

I have never had extensions done before and i went yesterday and felt so welcomed. Sierra was the name of the girl who did my lashes and she did an amazing job! I went there today for the 1st time to get my lashes done. The facility is so nice and comfortable. Luke was my tech. He was very attentive and informative. And I can't say this enough I love my lashes. They're lightweight, don't get in the way of my glasses, And are so pretty!! Love them!! I would totally recommend this place.

Amazing. I’ve went to so many places. No one tops this one.I’m from up north. So we are use to our lashes perfect. Never found perfect here in NC and always walked away disappointed until here. Ericka did an absolutely stunning job. Not to mention they also serve yummy drinks.

This place is AMAZING! I was a training model so I only paid $25 for my eyelash extensions. My arm kept falling asleep and Erika (my stylish) and the owner did everything in their power to make me comfortable and have my desired lashes. I’ve gone other places and spent over $200 and this was a way nicer place and experience. I definitely recommend!! What a gem in high point.

Prompt greeting. Very clean and professional. The manager checked me in and offered me something to drink.Unfortunately for me, my lashes are not long enough to have the tint and lift service I had hoped for. (This is not common from what I gather). So I didn’t get to receive a service but both technicians I worked with were very polite and explained what I could do to lengthen my lashes and try again.I definitely recommend this business!

First visit. Made an appt online and received a prompt confirmation. Shavonne was my last tech. Before she did anything she confirmed what I wanted and then measured my natural lashes. Unfortunately my natural lashes were short and the extensions that she could have placed would not have given me the look I was going for. Instead of just doing them anyway and getting paid, I really appreciated how Shavonne was honest and made sure to stand by the good reputation that Deka Lash is known for: taking care of natural lashes. I'd refer friends there just because of that.
