Hannah did wonderful on my lashes! She absolutely nailed it in terms of length and curl. I have very short, straight lashes that point downwards and they're finally visible and gorgeous after my appointment with Hannah!

I have now visited Deka Lash in the Village 3 times and have had a great experience with Ari each time. I started with the hybrid set for my wedding which was PERFECT. I began to transition to classic set with visit 2 and am very pleased. I initially wasn't sure I would keep the lashes and didn't want to do a membership. After visit number 3, I have decided it's worth the membership and cannot say enough how great Ari has been!**Note: the building owner might want to be aware that the event center that recently opened upstairs does detract from the relaxing atmosphere that I have previously experienced at Deka Lash. There was quite the "noisy upstairs apartment neighbor" feel at my last visit and the parking which is already at a premium anyway was even more scarce due to the event taking place.

Update: The manager contacted me and offered to refund me for the eyebrow service. I was glad this was taken care of and I appreciate them reaching out to me. They demonstrated good customer service and definitely made it right in my book. Thank you.Came in for eyelashes and eyebrow shaping. Eyelashes came out great. But the eyebrows were not so great. I voiced my concerns and allowed the tech try again. They still were not as clean as you would expect for an eyebrow shaping. They did not map out my eyebrows at all. After finishing, I voiced my concerns again and told them I would want that service comped as I was disappointed and dissatisfied. They told me that since they used their products on me they would have to charge me for something, so they would not charge me for shaping ($45) but rather eyebrow cleanup ($17). I told them I didn’t agree with that as my eyebrows were not clean. They told me that I could contact their manager after the fact. I agreed and left. I didn’t leave a tip for the tech since the business is more worried about product than customer service. Don’t have eyebrow services if your staff is not trained for it.My eyebrows were already shaped but I needed someone to even them out hence why I booked the eyebrow shaping. My complaint is about the lack of eyebrow shaping and the lack of cleanliness around the brow.If you want lashes, great place, just don’t come here for your eyebrows.

I haven’t had eye lash extensions in over 10 years, Autumn did an exceptional job in reassuring me through out the process! She is so detailed oriented and absolutely makes sure you get exactly what you are looking for. The set looks beautiful and is just the right amount of volume for a newbie like me. This was fun, it was my first time getting eyelash extensions, i wish I had received a little more info on how it would feel especially on the outer and inner corners of my eyelid as there is some slight discomfort but other than that everyone keeps complimenting me about how great my lashes look. I'd say if you've never had then done this is a great place to give it a shot. Everyone was friendly and the whole thing was relaxing.

I had never had my lashes done before and Anna was so informative!! She laid out all of my options and tailored my service to exactly what I wanted. My lashes are everything I wanted them to be!! Brianna did an amazing job on my Classic full set. They look beautiful and I have gotten so many compliments on them. I also had my eye brows cleaned up and tinted, lower lashes tinted, an under eye mask and a lip mask. All of which turned out great! Nice atmosphere and very relaxing. I believe I even dozed off a couple of times! Definitely a great experience!
