I came back for a second session with Minda to refill my lashes. After 2 weeks I still had more than half my lashes left, not a lot of shedding happened. She gave me some more volume this time and I am just in love!

lashes were good.improvement: please please get more comfortable chairs. back of the head starts to hurt and lower body half an hour in. very uncomfortable. pillow will go a long way. unfortunately because of that, I may not return because it starts to hurt and becomes unbearable

Ok so… I wrote a previous review giving One star; because, my concerns were not answered via email regarding my lashes falling out. The same day I wrote my review Deka Lash called me, made an appointment the same day and fixed my lash issue with no hesitation. Both the manager and Lash tech were sympathetic kind and educated me on lash upkeep. The lash tech was amazing and my lashes looked great again. Customer service and satisfaction is excellent, as well as the lash techs skills!

Brianna explained all of the services I received in full and provided awesome conversation during. I have had a brow lamination and tint, a lash lift and tint and lash extensions. She made sure to go over the aftercare in detail even after I forgot when I got home. I will be returning in the future!

Had my amazing lashes done by Brianna! I get the hybrid set. I love coming here to get my lashes done the staff are all so friendly and it’s super clean! They also have great membership deals so if you get your lashes done often you can save some money and get some discounts. I highly suggest going to Deka Lash.

I’ve done my Eyelashes at other places but didint like how it looks , but when I went to Deka-Lash in allentown and “Minda” did my lashes I love them , she does an excellent eyelashes , she’s very professional, nice , patience and takes her time , I’m definitely will be coming every 2 weeks for my refills with her and plus they are on time it’s a very clean and relax place to do it

After leaving my initial appointment, I lost several lashes within a short amount of time ( I followed all the care instructions). I immediately reached out and explained . I was greeted with understanding, kindness and an apology. I was offered another session ( no charge) to fix the lashes. My lash technician was apologetic and eager to resolve the issue. She did an excellent job and it’s been several days now and all lashes are in place! Great customer service!!!!!!

Haven’t had extensions in awhile and this was a great experience!! Minda was patient and did a fantastic job applying and answering my questions. Highly recommend trying them. I love not having to spend 10-15 minutes every morning doing my lashes now!!! I purchased the hybrid membership package for my refills every 2 weeks and set my appointments before I leave. Easy to change if there is a schedule conflict in the app.
