Fatima did an OUTSTANDING JOB on my classic lash set!! I feel like a queen!! I struggle with allergies and anxiety. My eyes are so watery and she had no problem being so patient with me. She went above and beyond what I asked for. I am so impressed with the fact that I can’t even feel my lashes and they are super full! Most definitely will be back every two weeks😻

The facility and staff are very pleasant! The experience was very relaxing. Unfortunately the next morning I woke up and alot of the lashes were gone. I got them done on Friday and by Sunday their back the way I went in.

I saw Shaquilla. She was so great ! Very professional, knowledgeable, and talented. This business is lucky to have her . I am an independent hairstylist 10+ years , I know great cosmetic services. This business is lucky to have Shaquille and I hope they take care of her. People and talent like her are very hard to find !!! She was so dedicated full circle !! The facility is very clean and comfortable.My one complaint, when I checked out Shaquilla has to ask me if I’d like to leave a gratuity . Of course, I absolutely 100% wanted to leave gratuity! I just felt so bad for her that she has to ask her clients that before she runs their card. The customer should be able to write or type in the gratuity they want to leave . I once worked at a salon where you had to ask for gratuity and it was so unprofessional and awkward. She shouldn’t have to ask. So what ever system of check out you guys are using needs to be refined . I personally use square , my clients can click a percentage button or a custom button to leave a specific amount . I don’t care what they leave me but I can’t imagine asking them to leave me anything. Professionalism, cleanliness, knowledge, and talent are A LOT to ask. Shaquilla is all of those things . You’re lucky. And now you want her to face the awkward conversation to ask her clients if they’d like to leave gratuity ? Which by the way she handled it SO well . But still… she shouldn’t have to ask. You need to spend what ever extra money to have a better check out system. Your employees deserve gratuity for their services and you shouldn’t make them ask for it .But other than that, I have to reiterate how awesome Shaquilla is . As a seasoned/independent hairdresser , I know a person who cares when I see it. She cares a lot about her job and that’s really rare . Oh and I looooove my lashes!!!!

Booked with Essence and I can’t be more satisfied. She took her time and explained the whole process to me as she was going. She’s very professional and the atmosphere is EVERYTHING! I have very sensitive eyes that water a lot but she got the job done and made me feel very comfortable. I don’t get my lashes done often but I will be back every two weeks.
