I use to dislike the process because how tedious it is but she definitely makes it easy. What a great experience at Deka Lash! The place was clean and all the lash professionals were very nice. Zahraa did my lashes and was great! It was my first time getting lash extensions and she explained the entire process to me and answered all of my questions. I went with the classic look and I love them! Updating my review.I had a terrible experience with Leslie. This was my first experience getting lashes done. Made an appt and wasn’t seen till 15-20 later. My tech was running behind no biggie to me. However Leslie seemed to be frustrated the entire because she was behind and when I budged when she pulled a lot of natural lashes out she blamed me for moving instead of just apologizing. Overall she wasn’t nice and made my experience horrible. She didn’t give me a mirror at the end and didn’t want to check me out. When I saw my lashes I had a lot of segments missing and I hated them. BUT I called the customer service # and the owner called me and set me up with another appointment with Brianna the next day. The experience I had with her was totally different and absolutely amazing. She was the nicest person and fixed my lashes and ended up loving them. I wish I had taken a before and after. Huge difference. I will return but only to come see Brianna. She was so professional and just pleasant. I appreciate the owner reaching out and making sure I had a good experience. Overall you can’t judge a whole business with one bad employee. I hope Leslie learns from her mistakes or just finds something else to do because customer service is just not for her. I will be returning and I do recommend Dekalash if coming with Brianna.

I had the best experience with Leslie for my lash removal service! She was extremely informative and very gentle. I let her know my concerns and she not only listened but gave recommendations on growing out my natural lashes. She informed me of the monthly membership and all the perks that comes with it but did not try to “sell” me. I felt very comfortable and will definitely be returning to see her for a new set of lashes when the time comes!!

Brianna was great. I originally booked my appointment for the Hybrid full set but after she took a look at my weak lashes, she recommended the xpress set which turned out to be the look I was hoping to get from the beginning.
