My first visit here.. I had alot of itching while my lash extensions were applied but I did like my end results. My service was pretty quick. I'll go back but wonder if there's an adhesive for sensitive eyes that could have been used.

My stylist was excellent. I was disappointed in the result. I thought tinting would help my eyelashes look fuller. However, I love not wearing mascara. I will do eyelash extensions next.

I had a good experience with Shannon … she was great… I had an issue with dekalash auto appointment system bc it sent me to the wrong dekalash but the operator helped me but it was a bit awkward bc it made me late… the link for directions in the reminder text took me to a dekalash the city over which wasn’t open but I got there ( to the right place )pretty soon after

Very clean facility. My Lash expert provided very good service. I've never had this process done before and didn't realize that the false eyelashes are connected to your real eyelashes. I'm going through chemo and have some splotchy areas where my lashes aren't growing in and Caitlyn was not able to do anything with these areas. Not her fault, But I wish I would have known this before I made the appointment

This was the first time I visited DekaLash and I have had extensions before. Lynelle was extremely fast and very skilllful at applying the lashes. Applying lashes is extremely tedious and she performed this service very quickly and I was very pleased with the finished result. She explained thoroughly what I needed to do to care for the lashes after my appointment and encouraged follow up appointments to get the maximum life out of the lashes. I would highly recommend this location as they are true professionals.

The McMurray store is good. No issues there. The southpointe store is Horrible. The lashes started falling out within the hour. Do not waste your money. The owners should be sure that the workers are able to do the service. I was told to come back in and pay for a fill.
