Stay away from these people. I went to them about a month ago and was talked into the membership since it would be cheaper. I was told that I could cancelthe membershipat any time. After 3 days it didn't even look like I'd gotten them done. I figured I'd give them another chance since I paid for a membership so I went back 2 weeks later. I told the tech what had happened (same one who did them initially) and she added more volume. I followed all after care instructions and after 3 or 4 days u couldn't tell I'd had anything done. I had an appointment scheduled 4 today that I canceled yesterday so I didn't get charged for canceling too late. I also canceled the membership which was then informed I had to pay for month 2. I guess there is a 2 month minimum. They said I could use the credit for other services. Why would I use for another service when I was satisfied with the 1st service. I explained the tech said I could cancel at any time, but she said that was miscommunication and the 2 months is stated in contract. Very expensive mistake on my part. I'm going to dispute with my bank and see what comes of it, but I would definitely not recommend these people. I should have known something was up. Both times I went was Saturday morning and the tech with me was the only one there and in the 2 hrs I was there nobody came in.I gave one star because I couldn't post unless they got something, but I don't feel they deserve a star at all!!!

Stay away from these people as much as you can. They took the liberty to cancel my appointment out on me and charged me $97 though I notify them of my 18 min delay. All they want is to rip people off. I regret the day I came accross this business.

I came in to do the True Xpress Full set lashes. I normally have long lashes and I wanted my lashes to look prettier since I was going to a very important event. After the technician was done, she handed me a mirror and I immediately noticed that my lashes were uneven. The technician tried to fix them, however since there was somebody else waiting she didn't bother to ask if I was OK with it and she immediately left me on the chair meaning she was done and rushed to help the person who walked in without an appointment. I spent over a $100 without seeing a difference in my lashes instead, I ended up with uneven lashes.. So unhappy and will never be back again.

Ashley was awesome! With a few questions she was able to get the look that I wanted and as someone new to extensions she walked me through expectations and how to properly care for them. My husband had to stop me several times to restart my conversation because he couldn’t take his eyes off me. Thanks Ash!!

I went to Deka Lash and saw Ashley for lash extensions. This was my first experience with a professional lash technician. Ashley was absolutely wonderful and she did an amazing job. The lashes are so comfortable, I cannot even tell I have them on. I’m on day 5 and they still look great. If you are in search of beautiful lashes and great customer service - see Ashley. You won’t be disappointed.

I was so excited to get the extension. I was in love with my lashes for the first 24 hours. Then they started to fall off. Lost both inside corners by the end of the first 36 hours. More the next morning. After following all the dos and don't. I am super disappointed to hear that this is completely normal. Why pay good money for it to fall out after 48 hours and be told it's normal. I won't be going back. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Icess did a volume set on me and I am more than pleased. I signed up for a membership because I know that I will come back and be more than satisfied. The first set I got done a while didn’t last that long (my fault I did not use the appropriate products) but after using the Deka products my sets seem to stay intact for well over 2 weeks almost 3 with veryy minimal fallout. I definitely recommend going to Icess for a good set of lashes that will have you walking out feeling like a HOT GIRL. I was never a fan of lash extensions but I am obsessed now and this is the only place I’ll go to.

I went in for a classic full set. I have had eyelash extensions before so I am familiar with the process and aftercare. I expected the initial appointment to take about two hours. I was concerned when the tech was done in slightly more than an hour. Currently, I’ve had the lashes on just over a day and only lost a couple which is consistent with most lash applications. Overall I am very happy with the results.

I explained that volume & length were what I was going for, the technician made a suggestion, definitely no volume. I let her know I wasn't pleased she recommended a $300 set so that I wouldn't have to "waste money". Money wasted, never again.

My daughter and I came in to be models. Amy was incredible. She was very professional and calming being our first time. It went by fast because she has amazing hospitality skills.
