I have had brow lamination before and was looking for a place in Nova and came across Deka Lash and scheduled an appointment with Giselle. Not only did she do a beautiful job, she was so warm and kind! When I was there she said I’d be the perfect candidate for a lash lift and based on how happy I was with my brows I said, let’s do it! I scheduled an appointment and unfortunately I completely got the wrong time and missed it 🫣 I called and apologized and she was incredibly understanding. I came the next day (on time) and she did another beautiful job, I’m in love with my lashes!! 10/10 recommend.

Giselle really is a master eyelash magician and I always feel so relaxed while I’m in the studio. (I usually fall asleep during our 30 minute session)I highly recommend booking with her if you are considering eyelash extensions. I’ve been going to Giselle at Deka Lash in Mosaic for a little over a year. She’s very detail oriented and has always been able to adjust my eyelashes as I request. I get the express lashes and usually a modified cat eye look. (sometimes I want fuller and longer and sometimes more natural and she always accommodates).Two of my friends have started seeing Giselle over the last year, and they are very pleased as well.Book Giselle. **this review is for Giselle/Christina only**I have been coming here for about 6-7 months and refuse to see anyone else but Giselle! She charges a premium but she is worth it - I always leave with the lash style I ask for, and she is so considerate and easy to talk to. Her availability is only Tues-Fri, but I gladly work around my schedule for her.My initial thoughts on this place were severely tainted by another technician who was extremely rude and standoffish to me over the phone, but the manager Christina reached out the same day and her willingness to talk to me about my experience convinced me to give this place another chance.Their app makes it easy to make/cancel appointments without having to talk to someone since it’s pretty rare someone will pick up the phone. Overall, I recommend this place but do your research on who to see!

My classic lash experience with Nicole was great! I told her that I wanted a very natural look, and she nailed it! I’ve gotten lash extensions many times over the last 6 or so years, but this has only been the second time that I opened my eyes and felt like it was immediately what I wanted, rather than feeling like I’d need to wait until some lashes fell off for me to get a more natural look.

Update:Management reached out to me about my experience and offered to have me come in for a complimentary visit to remove any remaining irritating pieces & do a fill in. The lashes look great and already feel so much better! I have not had any irritation! I will update in a week or two about how they held up. I’m happy they reached out and resolved the issue!I wish I could rate it better. The lashes on my right eye felt like they were stabbing me and my eye became swollen. I had to take off a few of them because of the pain, which meant having to take a few of my natural lashes with it. My other eye has had a few more fall out than I expected, but nothing terrible, although it’s been less than a week so too soon to speak to how well they last. I made sure not to shower for 48 hours after getting them & carefully clean them 1-2x/day. I got the hybrid lash extension. Now I’m about to go on vacation with one of my eyes having a weird gap after spending $200 🙁 I wanted to like this place because the staff was so nice & the place was clean/cute. But I’ve never had this issue in 2 years of getting my lashes done at other places. Glad I waited to see how the lashes held up and did not sign up for a membership on the spot like they suggested.

The place is nice, the ladies that work there are friendly. I appreciated that they didn’t try to sell me a membership. The brow lamination unfortunately didn’t last past the second day. May be it just wasn’t for me as my skin is too oily and my eyebrows are stubborn. The lashes look great still but it hasn’t been a week just yet. A few have fallen off but I assume that’s normal. This was the first time I got extensions. Even though they look great I don’t think these are for me. It does make my eyes feel drier than usual. But again, that’s my issue. I would recommend this salon to others for sure.
