I had an amazing first-time experience at Deka Lash. The service was exceptional, from the cleanliness of the place to the warm welcome. They even provide blankets for added comfort. Usually, I end up with red eyes after getting my lashes done, but this time, I didn't. This shows that Deka Lag uses a high-quality lash glue that suits my eyes perfectly. Sarala, who did my lashes, was incredibly patient and guided me through the entire process. I'm definitely returning for another visit.

Brianna did an outstanding job filling my lashes. I was comfortable and relaxed from the moment i walked in the door. Very clean/stylish environment. Friendly staff. Comfortable tables with zero back pain. Brianna was quick and smooth with each step. The taping under the eye part is usually uncomfortable for me but I barely felt the tape with her technique. Best of all, my lashes looked fabulous when she finished. She asked what I wanted and I got just that!

I had 2 appointments at Deka as a training model. I wasn't thrilled with my first experience but I left feedback and the owners were super helpful and nice, rebooked a second appointment for me, and I had a much better experience second time around!I got a hybrid set, they are not as full as some other lash extensions I've gotten but still look great and provided more volume than the classic. The customer service was very responsive and made this a great experience after giving feedback. Because it was a training model appointment, I was flexible with the outcome but I do really appreciate Deka Lash going the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied as a customer. I had my appointments with Sarala and she was so nice and asked if I was comfortable throughout the appointment.

I visited for a Lash Lift and Tint (first timer) and was amazed by the difference. It honestly looks like I have fake lashes on.My technician Evelyn explained the process to me throughout and was very gentle. Assuming it holds up as intended (they say 4 weeks), I will definitely return.They were a little behind schedule, so I did have to wait past my scheduled time. But they did a great job and it was worth the wait.

I had never had extensions until now. This is my 2nd visit to Deka Lash. Melissa has done my lashes both times. I was a little nervous my first time but Melissa made me feel very comfortable. She explains everything she is doing and keeps you calm. I can honestly say I'm addicted. I get a lot of compliments on my eyelashes. It is a very relaxing and painless experience.

Just recently moved to Springfield & gave Dekalash a try. Had my first appointment with Natalya. She did hybrid lashes on me & they were absolutely stunning. A few days after having my lashes done I started to get some irritation on one eye & noticed my lashes seemed to not hold the hybrid lash very well, like they were too heavy for my lashes. I sent Dekalash my concerns & immediately got a call from Natalya & she saw me the very next day(not her regular work day) to fix my lashes!! Now they feel so much lighter with no irritation at all. Really appreciate Natalya’s professionalism & I am already recommending her to family/friends!

I recently visited Deka Lash for a lash lift and when I say I was blown away by the results, I mean it! This was my first time getting a lash lift and it definitely won’t be my last. I saw Natalya who was perfect! She was super knowledgeable and explained each step as we went along. She was meticulous in ensuring my lashes looked great and they do. My lashes look like I have the beauty filter on and there is no higher praise I can give. Two days after getting them done, I have had multiple people ask what type of mascara I use or comment on how great they look.

I love this lash salon! I just started getting my lashes done before the pandemic shut everything down. Then they were able to put my service in a hold status until I was ready to continue getting lashes again.Lynette has been doing my lash extensions every 2 weeks since September! She does such an amazing job! They look so natural like the way an amazing mascara would look if I were blessed with great lashes. Lynette also recommended the sleeping mask to protect my lashes as well as the lash serum to help my baby lashes to grow.Deka Lash is always clean and covid-conscience and all the staff I've encountered have been polite and professional.
