The signs were going up this week at 816-1/2 Church St. for a new business that specializes in making eyelashes thicker and darker with eyelash extensions.
Deka Lash is franchise operation with 46 locations across the country including three others in the Chicago area. The new Evanston store is one of three more in the area that are in the planning stages.
