This policy does not cover any information that you submit on other websites, even if we communicate with you on those websites, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. This policy does cover information that you submit via the Deka Lash mobile application.

We reserve the right to share information we have collected under this policy with corporate affiliates, in connection with a sale or purchase of business assets, where necessary to protect Deka Lash and/or its affiliates, or as required by law.

• Noting your preferences at the time you register your account with the Site or our mobile application.
